We have acted for many of our clients for many years in connection with the buying and selling of their homes.
Indeed many refer their children and friends to us and much of our conveyancing work is based on recommendation.
We understand that the process can be stressful and we do our utmost to keep open good lines of communication with our clients so that they appreciate what is going on at any time in the stage in the transaction.
Unfortunately it is not unusual for us to hear of other firms where conveyancing is dealt with by solicitors who are frequently out of the office and clients feel that they can never get to speak to the person involved. This is why all of our conveyancing transactions are overseen by a Partner and one of our Assistant Solicitors so that you will always have a point of contact.
We are also the members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for firms with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.
We always provide a fees estimate in advance. However we usually find that clients don’t just want the cheapest price but the assurance that they have a point of contact. They also appreciate the convenience of being able to call into our offices (should the need arise) which are conveniently located in Newcastle upon Tyne next the Haymarket Metro Station at the top of Northumberland Street.
We deal with the following:
- Freehold house sales and purchases
- Leasehold flat sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Building plot purchases with conditional Contracts
- Property disputes
If you have a property related query please call one of our solicitors on 0191 222 1030 or complete our website enquiry form.
